Nationalism; Nationalism is very closely connected to the concept of belonging, of being part of what we call the community of the nation. So, how do we define belonging? Who gets to be part of the nation, and why? Scholars have grappled with this question for a long time. One response that's had a sizeable impact comes from Canadian researcher Michael Ignatieff. According to Ignatieff, nationalism can take one of two forms, each defined by different kinds of belonging. On one hand, you've got civic nationalism, in which national identity is defined by shared civic and political values (all citizens are part of the nation). On the other, you've got ethnic nationalism, where belonging is defined by ethnic identity, heritage, ancestry, race, culture, language, religion, and similar traits.

is comprised of two elements, the nation and the state. How did these
two elements get together? According to ethnic nationalism, the nation
(the community) exists first, and the state is created around it, and to
serve it.
Okay, so what's that mean? We start with a group of people who descend from the same ancestry. Let's call this ancestry...Negro Israelite. These Negro Israelite people practice the same cultural values, share the same customs and beliefs, and generally follow the same religion or cultural ethnicity. They develop a sense of identity and see themselves as different from other groups of people who have different cultural values or have different beliefs. Over time, these people of the Negro Israelite nationality need to define a geographical region which attaches to their identity. Especially when this region has already also become their homeland. Let's call it Canada. Soon, these Negro Israelite people are creating formal government structures -- the state -- to rule over their national / cultural community and politically unite the Negro Israelite people, especially in cases where human rights, social justice & economic equality restoration is needed & reparations to eliminate cultural impoverishment, oppression & racial discrimination has statistically been non existent..
See how that works? First came the nation, and then the state (the geopolitical realm) was developed in order to unite and serve the nation. The nation creates the state, so the state must always serve a single ethnic nation. Ethnic nationalism is defined by this shared belief in the relationship between nation and state. You belong to the nation if you share an ethnic identity with the nation, not just because you share a political heritage or citizenship status. Nationalism is inherited through ancestry, granted to each individual upon citizenship determined by their own self governed standards & self established merits.
So, is it possible to join an ethnic nation as an outsider? Yes, To become part of the nation, an immigrant has to abandon all concepts of their previous religion or nationhood. Even then, there's a chance that they will always been seen as an outsider (as the Negro race is seen and oppressed as an outsider in North America & throughout the world), especially if their physical features don't match the majority ethnic profile of the national population. The best they can hope for may be to marry a local, and that their children or grandchildren will eventually be accepted as members of the national community.
This exclusivity can be used to explain a lot of violence in European history, particularly against groups like the Jews (Negroes). Negro Israelite populations who were forced to abandon their faith, homeland and customs , therefore were marginalized as outsiders and enslaved over centuries without reparations, without restoration, without reimbursements & without retributions. We did not belong within the nations of our captivity, and this made us targets of prejudice and violence whenever the most extreme supremacists in the community needed someone to terrorize, victimize, criminalize, impoverish, systematically oppress & morally comprise which has resulted in overall racial discrimination, economic inequality, political injustice & social justice deprivation cover ups beyond any other comparable atrocity in world history..

The Resources we will be providing to our national communities are not limited to but include; Establishing Racial Equality Organization & Implementation, Establishing Negro Social Justice enforcement, Establishing Equal Rights to Economic Equality & Major Corporate Ownership Opportunities, Establishing a foundation of Negro Israelite Cultural Education Institutions & Schools, Establishing Guaranteed Race Specific Employer / Employment / Entrepreneurship Opportunities, Building Communities equipped with Proper Health Care Awareness Treatment Centers, much more appropriate mental health diagnosis centers & more reliable crisis Intervention centers addressing the needs of those in crisis situations needing emergency resources such as emergency Shelter resources, emergency food resources, emergency transportation resources, Counseling Centers / Crime prevention programs / life skills upgrading & individual community establishment programs) all of which the Negro / Israelite community has struggled without up until this day. Our ulterior motive is to address and implement every possible resolution & project necessary to improve the underlying conditions destroying The Black Community today, in order to stabilize & advance the quality of life for our particular race of people (Negroes) & provide them the necessary window of economic opportunities they desperately need to establish economic stability after the impoverished black community has been systematically oppressed & deprived of their social justices for too many generations already; and deprived of our social justices meaning (deprived of our justices in terms of the distribution of wealth, opportunities, and privileges within a society) & hopefully, this generation of national leaders is willing to step to the forefront in cooperation to help my particular race of impoverished, oppressed people achieve equal rights, including financial equality and more appropriate employer/employment opportunities for the majority of the citizens of the black community, reestablishing our right to cultural education institutions & to also help to gain access to more substantial community support & access economic development resources so that the Negro Israelite Black Community can finally establish the key components we desperately need to advance as a sovereign nation of people after being systematically impoverished / victimized / targeted by oppression / destruction of family / lack of productive community structure / systematic unemployment strategies / racial discrimination / impoverished neighborhoods / financial instability & unlawful persecution by way of unjustified incrimination strategies for so many decades ongoing...
